The team at Eamonn Bates Europe public affairs is experienced, international and multi-lingual.
Eamonn Bates
Eamonn brings 30 years Brussels experience to the team and has successfully directed many lobbying campaigns for a wide range of companies and associations. An Irish national, Eamonn was also a former Director of The EU Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce which is the Brussels-based lobby for the Fortune 100 companies. A graduate of the College of Europe in Bruges and of Trinity College, Dublin, Eamonn speaks English and French.
Christos Anastasios Tzagkas
Christos is actively involved in the association management of the Clean Europe Network, while also advising international corporate clients on the implications of environmental and energy-related EU laws. After successfully completing his bachelor's degree at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and his master's degree at the University of Groningen, Christos developed a keen interest in European affairs and the practical workings of EU institutions. He speaks Greek, English, French, and Spanish.
Gerald Bocken
Gerald manages the team’s back office. He dedicates himself to the optimisation of the working conditions of his colleagues, to enable them to focus on the clients’ work. Master in business management from the famous ‘ICHEC Brussels Management School’ (AACSB accredited), Gerald speaks especially the language of figures. With this skill as well, he contributes to the ‘European Associations management’ service offered to the clients, while holding the bookkeeping of different European non-profit associations.
